Yuderkys Espinosa Miños: La importancia del feminismo descolonial: el movimiento del "cruce" de la subalterna
Yuderkys Espinosa Miñoso is an Afro-Caribbean anti-racist and decolonial theorist, teacher, researcher and popular educator and one of the forerunners and main exponents of anti-racist and decolonial feminism in Latin America and the Caribbean. She is a founding member of the Grupo Latinoamericano de Estudios, Formación y Acción Feminista (GLEFAS) and director of the Caribbean Institute of Decolonial Thought and Research del GLEFAS. Her main contributions advance towards a criticism of the coloniality of feminist reason. She is a frequent guest speaker at universities, organizations and social movements in Latin America, the US and Europe. In 2021 she obtained a scholarship from the Käte Hamburger Center for Apocalyptic and Postapocalyptic Studies for a research stay at the University of Heidelberg. Her texts have been translated into English, German, Portuguese, French and Italian.
Lia Kastiyo-Spinósa: Exploring Publications and Sources of Decolonial Thinking from an Editor's Perspective
Lia Kastiyo-Spinósa is a Caribbean writer, editor, and artist living in Vienna since 2018. Migration is central to her personal history and political practice, as well as revealing the ways in which colonialism has trapped us in a hegemonic form of life. Currently, Lia coordinates and is a member of the editorial team of Migrazine. Online Magazine by Migrant Women for Everyone, a platform for the voices of the female migrant community in Austria and Europe. Lia comes from a large trajectory of elder activists and decolonial thinkers from Latin America, such as Yuderkys Espinosa Miñoso and Ochy Curiel, and has collaborated with the Latin American Group of Studies, Education and Feminist Action (GLEFAS), Hypatia: A Journal of Feminist Philosophy, the Feministisches Referat at the Student Union of the University of Vienna, UNAM, WIEN WOCHE Festival, among others.

Daniela Paredes Grijalva loves to communicate ideas in different languages. She is a Member of the Global (De)Centre and a researcher at the Institute for Social Anthropology of the Austrian Academy of Sciences as a DOC-ÖAW Fellow. She is a co-founder of the Latin American Women's Collective Trenza. Her work with and experience as a migrant woman in Austria shape her efforts to weave collaborations across groups and sectors. Her activism intersects gender, environmental and social justice struggles as well as colonial legacies and anti-racist practices.
